Who are these dashing men and when was the photo taken?

There was only one response, from Vivien Eldridge, who suggested they three were Simon, Alan and Bill, and the photograph might be from the 1998 Club Christmas Party.
My collaborators have confirmed the three as Simon Jordan, Alan Holten and Bill Yeates (all deceased), though neither suggested a time and location. Well done, Vivien.
