You should use the Booking sheet to register for a clubhouse session.  See Booking sessions and lessons for help on doing this.

Doors open 30 minutes before the start, obey Covid protocols and please be seated 15 minutes before the start so that the director can plan the movement.   Tea and coffee are provided free at all sessions.

Please see this page for changed arrangements related to Covid.

Our special events are listed here and you can see all sessions in our Events Calendar.

Looking for a partner?

We provide the Pianola Partner Finder service and a Partner Bulletin Board to help you advertise to find partners.

Prefer to talk with someone about possible partners? One of our members has volunteered to help beginners - call Dee Rowe on 0405 252 632.  Otherwise, talk to a Committee member.

Help with Play sessions (for beginners) always welcome unpartnered players - we understand that finding a partner when you are still learning can be challenging. We also offer a Buddy Program for players looking for a friendly partner during their first games not in a Practice Play session later on - see Who to contact.

Running late?

If you run into bad traffic you will need to ring your partner, the director or another player to ask them to advise the director that you are coming.

Table fees

Table fees for our regular sessions are $7.70 for members; they purchase prepaid vouchers (PPVs) which cost $77 for 10. If you have to purchase a voucher for a single session, the cost is $10.  Visitors pay $15 or a member may pay for them with 2 PPVs.

Payment is by EFTPOS please and we no longer take cash. For special events and lessons, the table fees may be higher.

Parking and transport

Parking is generally available in Vuko Pl and Boondah Rd and there is very limited parking available under the building.  For more information see How to find us.  Players are encouraged to car-pool with fellow players, or to consider using public transport (B-Line bus-stop nearby) or the KEORIDE service.
