The club uses an online spreadsheet for people to book into our sessions and lessons. The sheet has two tabs for this:
- Bookings - for duplicate sessions
- Lesson Bkgs - for lessons
You can get to the sheet in several ways:
- Menu: Links - Session / Lesson Bookings
- Menu: Play - Session Bookings
- Menu: Learn - Upcoming Lessons. In the article there is a link called Lesson Booking Sheet.
In the sheet you should enter your ABF number in the appropriate cell (usually ones with a yellow background). Your name should appear in the cell to the right after you leave the cell or press Enter. (It may not if you have only recently joined the club). If your name doesn't appear, you can either leave it as is if you are sure the ABF number is correct or else type your name in instead. In either case, you have reserved your spot.
If you do not have an ABF number yet or have forgotten it, type your name in instead.
It is easiest if you use a browser on a PC. If you use a mobile device such as phone or a tablet, you need to have the Google Sheets app installed to be able to edit the sheet - otherwise you can only view it. You can download this from the Google or Apple Store (free).
