12 teams from Brisbane Waters Bridge Club travelled south to our club in March 2019 for the Peninsula vs Peninsula interclub teams challenge. PBC just beat BWBC.
BWBC has invited us for a rematch.
We will send 12 teams over the high seas by ferry from Palm Beach to Ettalong. Transport between the ferry wharf and the venue will be provided by BWBC players in a convoy of cars and possibly even a mini-bus.
They are very good hosts so expect a delicious lunch and plenty of home made cakes.
This is open to ALL so if you wish to enter a team then sign up at the club. The categories are:
• < 25 masterpoints
• 25 - 300 master points
• 300+
Masterpoints as at 1 March (TBC).
There will be 4 teams in each category. The original idea was to introduce new players to teams so even if you have never played teams before and have only 1 masterpoint then this is the ideal introduction.
Cost $15 per player. Ferry leaves from Palm Beach at 9.00am or you can drive.
