The defenders' goal is to defeat the contract. With the opening lead defenders get the first chance to choose the suit that seems to have the best potential for them - particularly important when defending a No Trump contract. David Farmer will help you discover and/or consolidate an understanding of how to choose the best suit and card to lead against NT contracts and communicate with your partner.
